Making A Purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and click on add to cart for any items that may interest you. You can alter, remove, update or save the contents of your shopping basket / cart at any time.

After you have finished your selection, click on Checkout to enter a few details that we need in order to dispatch your purchase.

All descriptions of items listed are as accurate as possible, however some descriptions may vary slightly such as the products dimensions because of manufacturers up-dates and variations in production runs.

We accept all major credit and debit cards as payment. Just place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to your own currency. All prices include VAT.

Please note: Product descriptions, we try to keep description up to date and accurate, from time to time however manufacturers may alter products and contents without our knowledge, so product description may not be totally accurate. For this reason we reserve the right not to be held responsible for inaccurate product description.

Delivery Schedule After adding products to your Shopping Cart use the checkout button. You will be able to select the delivery option of your choice.

All stock items ordered before 2.30pm – 14.30 hours GMT, weekdays, Monday to Thursday, will be processed within 48 hrs for the UK.

Packages will be delivered to most other Countries after dispatch usually within 2 – 5 working days.

IMPORTANT We do everthing we can to meet delivery times specified in this section. However, occasionally delivery times may be affected by factors beyond our control and therfore they connot be guaranteed.

Tax Charges All site prices shown are inclusive of VAT; the checkout will show the price of each item exclusive of VAT with the VAT running total in the VAT box. Delivery charges will also show VAT exclusive prices.

Please note: Certain items such as Helmets, children’s clothes etc. are VAT zero-rated.

VAT charges will apply to all Countries and destinations, unless a valid VAT exemption certificate, issued by HM Customs and Excise, is sent to us prior to orders being placed.

Returns Policy

Goods ordered in error

By law, customers in the European Union also have the right to withdraw from the purchase of an item within seven working days of the day after the date the item is delivered. This applies to all of our products except for digital items (eg: e-Books) where the item has been downloaded. We regret that we also cannot accept cancellations of contracts for the purchase of video, DVD, audio, video games and software products where the item has been unsealed.

Before returning your product/s please contact us seeking agreement and to book in your return in advance. Any Goods returned (not used or installed) within 7 working days will be refunded in full, after 7 days all returns will be subject to a 20% re-stocking fee, this covers administration time, credit card processing and refunding fees and is only applicable to the goods. We can not refund any delivery charges.

Return the package using the address at the bottom of this page, and we’ll notify you via e-mail when we’ve processed your refund. Please note that all items must be in their original condition including manufacturers packaging to qualify for a refund. We can only refund the card holder using the original order details.
